Friday Run

Morning run on track with BD and AE team (Chad excused on account of soreness thanks to his valiant efforts yesterday)

All sprint and plyo work, including various jump starts, T drill, and stadium sprints.
Ended with 2 40-yard dashes. First at 4.76 seconds, second at 4.67. The goal is to be sub-4.5 by preseason, which I think is doable with fresh legs.

Hopefully I will get a lift in this afternoon, but that remains to be seen with some other obligations I have to complete first before heading into a light training week at the beach.
