England Training Cont. Again

Trying to pull what I can out of my legs bf I get back.
2.5 mile run at 8am this morning through Oxford park, light pace, glad Kalee could come along.
Then a 13 minute straight ab design by her as well, needless to say it rivaled the difficulty of BD pilates!
Finished with 50 pushups, 40 regular and 10 claps
