Mid Week Distance Work

Duke 3 mile trail loop.
First loop in 24:50, decent warm-up but the legs were very tired already.
Second three miles in 21:30, had a strong finish in the end that Brian seemed a little upset about, but I would be too if I got beat. Very hilly course, definitely good practice for CNU pre-season fitness test.
Good work for the day.
