The Legendary Day

Pilates at 9:30. Not really my thing : ) but good core work and loosening of the back before the day's real work began.
Today we had an epic ride. 46.15 miles at 18.3 mph avg. New max speed reached on the Mt. Siani hill at 41.7 mph. Brian most likely hit around 43 mph on that strong finish. However we will never know because his GPS failed. Cateye in the clutch again. Three times this tour my device has saved us, but hey, who's counting?
Good work, will be very tired for tomorrow's sprint work.
