As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Thankful

Being back yesterday made me appreciate just how much I miss home.  Kicked off the day visiting with Meredith followed by a solid workout at the gym with Brian and co.
Tabata style lift- 10 exercises, 20 seconds each for 6 total rounds: pushups, plank, pushups again, seal-ups, jumping slam balls, left leg DB step ups, bench dips, right leg DB step ups, KB swings, ab leg lifts.

Great to grab lunch and visit with Brian and Kelsey afterwards.  Congrats to Kelsey on another record-setting season at UNC-G.
Also headed down to Cardinal Gibbons last night to play in the alumni game.  Great to visit with all the coaches and my old teammates again...had fun playing against T out there too.  Congrats to Tyler on NCHSAA Eastern Region Player of the Year...what an honor!

Got some yard work done today and getting ready to kick back with the family and Nana and Pops to enjoy some great food.  Remembering the blessings and thankful to have so many great people around me in my life.  Happy Thanksgiving!
