As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Mid Week Report

Update so far on the week:

Monday- morning shooting practice and touch work.  Afternoon lift: cleans, bench, dips, NG rows, and shoulder series.  Afternoon practice with circuit work.

Tuesday- full team practice including circuit work...glad to get the legs loose to run for a whole practice.

Wednesday- morning shooting drills and afternoon team short scrimmage.

A few more trainings and classes this week then heading home for the weekend for Easter.  Excited to visit some with family and friends...looks like Brian has a legendary brick set up for Saturday!
