Weekend Recap

Friday lift with the team was the usual workout of squats (working up to 255 lbs), RDLs, hanging body pull ups, push ups, and abs.

Saturday I got some good studying done for most of the day and then headed out for an afternoon ride.  Planned on doing a brick but ended up running out of daylight.  Went on the TT double figure 8 loop I designed from the apartment for a total of 15.75 miles at an 18.5 mph average.  Not too bad for having been away from serious riding for a few weeks, although I do need to be pushing a higher pace in the near future.

Spent all of today at church and studying, lots of big tests ahead this week.
