Solo Lift

Only a morning lift for me today before heading into work.
Pushers:
DB flat bench- 10, 8, 6, 5 working up to 65 lbs DBs
BOSU BB squats- 4 sets of 10
3 sets of Hanging L raises and standing BB split press (6 each set working up to 110 lbs).
3 sets of 15 decline sit ups w/ 33 lbs plate combined with BB skull crushers
Ended with a few sets of single leg calf raises

Today was a solo lift and I was happy to have a good one. Back to the track tomorrow morning.
