Morning Lift

Started the work week off with a good lift in the gym this morning.
Pullers design:
BB rows (3x8) working up to 130 lbs combined with decline abs w/ 22 lb plate
Hanging cleans (5x) working up to 140 lbs combined w/ russian twists
NG pull ups 3 sets of 8-12 reps combined with decline L-ups
BOSU standing should series w/ DBs combined with DB standing curl to press

I am very sore considering Monday's lift was also very difficult. Tomorrow it looks like it will only be a morning run at the Duke track with a day off from the weights. Good rest needed tonight!
