As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Happy Monday

Not a happy Monday in terms of training....I got none done! But it was a good day nonetheless.
Had a nice weekend visiting campus and attending the CNU Luter School of Business' Honors/Awards ceremony on Saturday. I was very honored to be asked to speak and I had a great time meeting with all the faculty again. Kalee joined me for the ride home and had a nice Sunday visit with the family. We had a good breakfast with Brian this morning and I headed to work and she went on her way back to PA. Had a good day at work and then headed home to train....when all of a sudden I noticed the grass seemed to be looking more like a Safari....so I decided to get that cut before I ran out of sunlight. Tomorrow back to the grind and I am looking forward to seeing all the college athletes back in town for our summer training again.
