As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Spring Rolling

Had a fairly easy morning and a nice lunch this afternoon before heading to practice.
Pre-practice lift:
Ab rotation
3 sets of 8-10 RDLs (helping to strengthen the hammy)
3 sets of 5 box jumps
3 sets of 5 (each leg) BB lunges with 95 lbs.

Then hit the field for an afternoon of skills work and small sided games. Felt great and happy to be out there with the guys playing again. Also felt good on the sprints at the end.
Then headed to coach the local youth team where I helped Justin run the keeper's training.
In all a nice day of activity as the spring season rolls on.
