Sad the Jedi hurt his quad this week training, I know he will rally though. For Morven, this will be a good chance for more 1 on 1 tri coaching. For tomorrow will have to fly solo on the Immaculata 5K fundraiser, I'm sure Rachel will kill me seeing how I am not in top cardio form. It's ok though, run is for a good cause and a chance to get the cardio back on track for the spring season.
