Ab warm up
BB overhead split press- 3 sets of 6 working up to 105 lbs
BB Front squats- 3 sets of 8 working up to 155 lbs
Deadlifts- 3 sets of 8 working up to 175 lbs
BB lunges- 2 sets of 6 each leg at 95 lbs
Chinups- 1 set of 8, followed by 2 sets of 10
Dynamax slam balls- 3 sets of 12
Hamstring let-downs- 2 sets of 8
Ended with 1 set of bench press- 10 reps at 135 lbs for practice sake.
Good to be done with a hard week of academic work as well. Just got back from a nice dinner and concert with Kalee, in all a good way to wrap up the week.
