As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Whirlwind

Had a nice kick around session on Thursday, was a good chance to loosen the legs, relieve some stress, and break in some new Nike cleats.
Was tough getting through last week's work but it's all done and behind me now. Finals this week and then another semester complete. Was nice to go for a whirlwind trip home yesterday afternoon/night. Saw a good bit of unexpected snow fall and enjoyed the Christmas Carol at the DPAC. Came back to campus this morning to catch brunch and Kalee's track meet. She jumped very well for her first day out on the season. Was the best CNU pole vaulter today. Was nice to visit with her family and have lunch. It is very cold and windy here on campus today. Will go to church this afternoon followed by work. Then back to the track to watch Kalee compete in the 4x400. Overall a good day of productivity.
