NYE 2010

Today, New Years Eve 2010, was probably in the top 3 of the hardest workouts I did this entire year, and it was a a great one. After morning work with Activedge clients, I got ready for another classic Brian designed workout. We did his invention called the Razorback:
800M Run
1000M Row
800M Run at level 5 Incline
Reps of 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 of:
1.5 x body weight dead lift (215 lbs)
Body Weight Bench Press (142 lbs)
Hanging L-ups
Burpies
Cleans .75 x body weight (105 lbs)
Then back to 800M run at level 5 Incline
1000M Row
800M Run

The total workout was timed. I came in at 1 hour, 8 minutes and some change, Brian beat me by about 20 seconds. He achieved legendary status as always today. Tyler and Chad also posted very good times. I was glad to keep up and thankful Tyler could spot me on the bench- that was the hardest part of the workout for me.

In all, it was a fitting way to end 2010...thankful for the memories and looking forward to 2011. A happy new year to all!
