Did a hard leg work out with Kalee this afternoon:
back-loaded squats, calf raises
med ball split jumps, lance side lunges
lance step ups with DBs, box jumps
Abs:
bicycles combined with 1 minute planks with 45 lbs added.
Kalee was terrific as usual, glad my legs didn't break as they are very sore now!
Lots of studying for the rest of the night then leadership exam tomorrow morning.
Did Kalee do the plate added on the plank as well? Any crackage?
