Monday

After a nice off day on Sunday, back to the grind this week.
Afternoon rehab exercises followed by practice:
Warm up/skills drills, circuit, shooting, crossing, then large game to simulate playing against NC Wesleyan' formation.

Leg still sore, but in a few days I know it will start showing signs of getting better.
