As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Tuesday Practice

Morning run consisted of Man. U fitness test: (100 yds instead of meters)
100 yds in 25 sec. jog back in 35. Repeat 10 times.
Then 100 yds in 24 sec. back in 36, then 23 sec. back in 37 and so on until 15 sec. and back in 45 sec. Do an additional 5 at 15 sec. for a total of 25 sprints for 25 minutes of running. Disappointed the hammy was sore, but passed easily, rehab continued today at lunch.

Then afternoon practice, more sore and tired than I would like to be, but happy with my performance on the circuit. Survived the weighted jump rope death round which got me out of sprints at the end of practice, very dece!
Had some good shooting drills and defensive shifting scrimmage/positioning work.
Then watched the sprints which was nice, needed to rest the leg anyway.
Tomorrow we hit the Noland again in the morning, definitely plan on no attacks at this point.
