800 M start at 3:30 followed by full stadium stair sprints. Took roughly 20 minutes to get around the whole Duke football stadium. Ended with another 3:30 800M. Good cardio kick off for the week.
Followed by morning work at AE and then all-body lift with BD.
Slight incline DB press to fly combined with lance step ups.
BB split shoulder press combined with SA cable row.
NG chinups combined with DB shoulder raises.
End with two sets of DB shoulder shrugs.
Evening skills practice at Gibbons with coach Tim and rising high schoolers. Good to get some touches.
