More like a light work out, but better than nothing. Just under 4 mile run around the Oxford township, glad to have my bud Brian tag along for the first half. He was already half way into his work out, so I dropped him off back on campus half way and finished with a good pace. Too many cars/people but better than nothing.
Ended with 100 pushups and 100 abs.
Took the run near the point of pushing into the lactate zone, but of course that zone is a little lower now with this time off. Definitely have a good comeback work out week ahead of me after coming home.
