Comeback week complete, needless to say its been a tough one.
No sprint work this morning, going to do that tomorrow.
Morning work at AE, then afternoon all-body lift with BD
4 sets of bench press with 4 sets of WG pull ups.
Followed by 4 hanging cleans, with 4 front loaded squats and 4 hanging cleans. Super-set that with bench dips (with 22lbs added) and DB french curls.
Ended with DB single arm curls "for the girls" as Brian likes to say.
Day complete with all-body physical therapy message.
End of a tough but effective week, however tomorrow also looks to be challenging.
