Morning run with Chad and BD, 2 mile warm up (where Brian also managed to save a turtle in the road) followed by 3 total 1 mile repeats, then cool down.
Then great lift with Chad:
BB bent over row to failure combined with med. ball split jumps.
NG chin ups combined with decline L-ups.
BB curls combined with team-style plank holds.
Followed by great recovery meal at Dain's place. Good day of work, epic-ness to be continued tomorrow.
