As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Lynchburg Win

Yesterday was a much needed win and confidence booster for us...we traveled up to Lynchburg (the 2010 DIII NCAA runner-up) who is always a tough opponent.  I played a solid game and set up our first goal to put us up 1-0 at half.  They came down and scored immediately in the second half but we battled back and won a PK with about 5 minutes left to play.  I played very well both halves and I am happy to be seeing consistent minutes.  That was a big regional win for us...the long trip back was tough (getting back at 1:30 am is never fun) but now we look onward to the weekend.
