Raininess

Very rainy day here on campus...I don't mind the rain so much, I just hate when it's this cold. I could see my breath walking from class.

As a result practice was cancelled, but I did manage to get a good/quick solo lift done in the weight room before the team meeting:
Ab routine
Bench press- 6 reps at 135 lbs, 5 reps at 145 lbs, 2 sets of 3 reps at 155 lbs. Dece but could be better.
Standing BB push press- 4 sets of 5 at 95 lbs. and 5th set of 5 at 105 lbs
Dips to failure- 1st set at 21 and 2nd at 15
