As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Gotta Start Somewhere!

Morning Business 231 exam at 8m this morning, followed by a nice breakfast and a quick nap. Then lunch and studying this afternoon with Kalee. Went to the fitness pavilion and did a full body (upper) lift with Kalee:
5 minute warm up on stationary
bench press, SA DB press
DB row and SA DB snatches
dips, 7/7/7 shoulder series
DB curls, abs
Ab rotation was difficult- one I've never done before but was great nonetheless! Kalee definitely held her own on the weights, I'm disappointed in my lifting fitness level but as she said, "gotta start somewhere!"
Ended with stretching and dinner. Then a movie and more studying to come tonight.
