Wednesday Work

Morning run on Noland, given permission to cruise within the 15 min. time limit, came in comfortably at 14:05.

Then afternoon practice, small sided possession, followed by circuit, followed by jersey ball and full field game. Very disappointed hammy is still sore, forgetting what it was once like to be 100%. Rehab continues everyday after lunch, trying to stay positive.
