Comeback 3.0

If this summer had a theme, it would be "comeback kid"
After hamstring injury last week, I have been working hard to rehab and recover while not losing fitness.
All body lift yesterday with Chad along with mile repeats. Two very slow miles, but it was good to be up and running less than a week after the injury.

Today consisted of leg message and an afternoon track work out. 4 300M repeats at 1:00 min. each with 100M jog in between. Hammy good, little sore, both legs just sore from less running.
Hoping and praying to be 100% next week for preseason. Sorry again to those of you who have been complaining because of my lack of posts!
