As a result of my continued involvement in the world of fitness and sports performance training, I learned from my mentor Brian Diaz of the importance of training logs. Hence, below are my attempts to accurately document what I do as a collegiate soccer player, both on and off the field. Enjoy!

Mid Summer Comeback Continuation

Morning work at Activedge.
Mid Day trail run with BD- very hot.
1 mile warm up, then 2 hard miles, 1st at 6:15, faded to 7:20 on the second.
Water break, 1/2 mile warm up, then another 2 hard miles, both at 6:35, then 1/2 mile cool down.
Was very tired, surprised I was able to keep up.

Recover, then pullers lift with BD.
Hanging power cleans with hanging 90 degree leg raises.
Then side-to-side NG chin ups with DB rows.
Ended with DB single arm curls and med. ball split jumps.

Pleased I still had the legs today, tomorrow will be a good indicator for my fitness level after having the last two weeks off.
